March Run #16: 3 Uphills

avatar

Back at home and running late at night. It seems that priorities have fallen back to the standard routine.

Anyways, I went out at 11 pm and did three uphill sections at a steady pace. The streets were deserted which is no wonder at this time of the night. One lady walking her dog, three cars passing by, one of them was a police van.

The cover photo shows the river Sava and the fields toward Šmarna Gora. I took it on a long afternoon walk.

You have uploaded 330 running activities, and 77 of them have been of similar distances (within 10 percent)!
Here are your 5-fastest running activities of a similar distance:

Over these 77 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 297.60 kms at an average pace of roughly 6:06 min/km!
Your latest run was at a pace of approximately 6.148min/km!
Looks like you went a bit slower this time! Remember that it's important to take some rest days, and do some rehab / prehab / strength and conditioning training too! If you weren't intending to go slower, take a moment to listen to your body, and see if you need something. Check in with yourself!
