My Actifit Report Card: January 5 2025

Completed 100% of the habit tracker 4th day in a row. It was harder this time, as basically halfway through the day, I got really depressed or something, and I was close to abandoning the whole pursuit.
Fortunately, my gf knows me well, and she lit up my mood and course-corrected me back on track (likely wouldn't be able to do that on my own).

So yeah, today's accomplishments are:

Home exercise
5 Iminari roll repetitions (I think I'm getting better)
Reading first thing in the morning
Meditating for a couple of minutes right after reading
Threw out the trash and loaded the dishwasher
Made some burgers post-workout with gf, went to buy the ingredients together
Worked on the video (more script)
Listened to a full podcast
Written down useful tips from it, actually learned something
Ate no highly processed foods
Had two protein-rich meals
Took the supplements
Chilled and had fun with gf
I don't want this to be the beginning of my downfall or anything like that.
I want to keep up the 100% habit tracker thing and get over that damn self-doubt/anxiety about the most random things that's making me spontaneously depressed.
