Great But Late Friday - Alive And Thriving - Actifit: September 8, 2023

On my Friday it was nice and warm weather all day, and no rain, which was really enjoyable.
In the day I had quite a bit to do offline, and I also went out with some friends to eat as well, plus I got a few pictures from the park in the afternoon, and some others too.
In the evening I went on Hive where I completed all daily tasks, plus our weekly #AliveOnFriday staking contest, and also the weekly payouts to delegators for @youarealive and @aliveandthriving, before going to bed a bit after 6 AM, so it got really late and I saw the sunrise even, but I could sleep on Saturday.
This is my participation in the #POLIAC competition run by @poliac aka @browery, and my participation in #MAcFiT from @macfit aka @merthin.
Here are some pictures from my day.
This is a plaque with some info about Kronobergsparken, and it has an English summary too which you can read if you zoom in.
These tree's are chestnut tree's, and this park has quite bit of them, the ones above are just a few.
The chestnuts are getting quite big now, and maturing.
They have a soft outer shell with thorns on the outside.
If you open the outer shell you see the nut with it's inner shell.
And this is how the inner shell looks when it's mature, I am not an expert on using the nut in food or preparing it, but there are lot's of recipes if you search for it online.
And here is the sunrise just before I went to bed.
