Lunch Run along the seawall

Description from Strava: Ran parts of the seawall for the first time today. Great to get out and run before the Vancouver Sun Run 10km on Sunday week. Ran with a colleague from work which was great to, pushed me to do more than I would have otherwise at a faster pace. Still it was fairly controlled with some breaks for walking. Afterwards had coughing fits at work from asthma but not during the jogging which is good. Also exertion headache at the back of my head in the evening time which I also had after my last treadmill workout and I don't think I had these headaches before.
