La mayoría de las categorías más importantes del deporte motor están en el descanso de verano, donde los pilotos aprovechan para tomarse un merecido descanso, luego de una primera mitad de campeonatos bastante duro para muchos. Las principales categorías que están en las vacaciones de verano son la categoría reina del automovilismo, la Fórmula 1 y la reina del motociclismo, MotoGP. Pero los que si no descansan y verán acción este fin de semana son el Campeonato Mundial de Rallies (WRC) con la competencia en Finlandia y la serie de la copa NASCAR que visita el óvalo de Michigan, siendo la primera y única carrera en este escenario, luego que en temporadas pasadas hubieran hasta dos carreras. Pero al agregarse nuevas pistas, estos cambios son sumamente necesarios. Lo importante es que la acción de las carreras de autos no paran, siguen dándole emoción y entretenimiento a sus fanáticos, donde este fin de semana no será la excepción.

El Rally de Finlandia tiene mucha historia, su primera vez dentro del WRC fue en 1951, siendo la edición de 2023, la septuagésima carrera que se ha dado en dicho país. Esta será la carrera número 9 del campeonato 2023. La superficie de este rallies es de tierra, donde los pilotos y sus acompañantes (copilotos) deberán hacer un recorrido de 320,56 km, en 22 etapas que se deben realizar. La localidad donde se llevará esta competencia será en Jyväskylä, que por lo investigado, se encuentra en el centro de Finlandia. Esta competencia comenzará el jueves 03 de Agosto de 2023, es decir, el día de mañana, hasta el próximo domingo 06 de Agosto cuando se dé la última etapa del Power Stage, que otorga puntos adicionales para el campeonato.

En la competencia pasaremos por lugares muy bonitos, con mucha vegetación y sitios que maravillosos que no nos podemos perder de ver, así sea mediante las pantallas. Pero todas las miradas van a estar centradas principalmente en la competencia, en la carrera y quien podrá consagrarse ganador en este edición 2023 del Rally de Finlandia. El ganador del año pasado fue el piloto estonio, Ott Tanak junto a su copiloto Martin Järveoja, pero con el equipo Hyundai. This will be the 9th race of the 2023 championship. The surface of this rally is dirt, where the drivers and their companions (co-drivers) will have to cover a distance of 320.56 km, in 22 stages to be completed. The locality where this competition will take place will be in Jyväskylä, which, according to research, is located in the center of Finland.
