Esta semana en la Iniciativa Full Deportes e Inleo te preguntamos ¿Cuál es tu objetivo al practicar tu actividad física o deporte? o en el caso que aún no practicas ninguno ¿Cuál sería ese Objetivo que te motivaría a practicarlo?
! [ENGLISH VERSION] All objectives for exercising, doing some physical activity or practicing a sport are valid and worthy of being respected, because each person has their own motivations and goals. Whether you have a Competitive goal in a sport, or if you just want to finally get off the couch and leave a sedentary lifestyle, have fun exercising with other people, all the reasons are perfectly legitimate and valuable. The most important thing is to find an activity that you like, practice it regularly and enjoy the process. Remember that any form of movement and exercise is positive for physical and mental health.
