#actifit community. Today I'm here to share a little bit of my activity.
Hoy fue un día de descanso, ya finalizando la semana de entrenamiento para mí, pero, que mejor que hacer un descanso activo, es decir, no quedarse solo en casa estando sentado, viendo la computadora o el celular, hay que estar en constante movimiento para evitar hábitos sedentarios, ¿mi consejo? Salir a caminar que es la mejor acción posible para cualquier ser humano, muy necesaria, en mi opinión, tomar el aire y en caso de nosotros, los calistenicos, hacer algo de flexibilidad/movilidad, entrenar algún combo, pero en baja intensidad y con mucho descanso, hacer balance de pino, como esto último fue mi caso y lo que me gusta hacer en uno de mis días de descanso.
Hacer balance es uno de los días que más disfruto, ya que me siento en paz al hacerlo, como si fuera un yoga para mí, y es un desafío el tratar de hacer diferentes posturas, algunas nuevas para mí, tanto en piso, como en paralelas, con un agarre más abierto, o cerrado. Hoy solo elegí hacer balance en piso, ya que se me es más complicado en piso que en paralelas y así me acostumbro más.

Today was a rest day, as the training week came to an end for me, but what better way to rest than by actively resting? That is, not staying home alone, sitting on the computer or using your cell phone. You have to be constantly moving to avoid sedentary habits. My advice? Go for a walk, which is the best possible activity for any human being, very necessary, in my opinion. Get some fresh air, and in the case of us calisthenicians, do some flexibility/mobility exercises, practice a combo, but at a low intensity and with plenty of rest. Do a handstand balance, as was the case for me and what I like to do on one of my rest days.
Doing balance is one of the days I enjoy the most, as I feel at peace doing it, as if it were yoga for me. And it's a challenge to try different postures, some new to me, both on the floor and on parallel bars, with a wider or narrower grip. Today I chose to balance on the floor only, as it's more difficult for me on the floor than on the parallel bars, and I'll get used to it more.
