Si alguien me dijera, no tengo tiempo para hacer ejercicio, yo le diría:

Correr 12 minutos y algunas abdominales, no te lleva ni 20 minutos. Y la mejora de salud es enorme.

Ya después, tal vez le agarres el gusto y le dediques más tiempo al ejercicio. Pero ese sería la forma más fácil y divertida de empezar. Cambiar de lugares para correr también ayuda.

Para los que ya hacen pesas o les gustaría entrar a este mundo, hay un canal de Youtube (

que es educativo, vienen prácticamente todos los ejercicios en gym, la forma de como hacerlos y algunos errores comunes, está muy bueno para mejorar técnicas de gym. Procuramos hacer lo de correr y pesas, pero a veces solo se puede lo primero...
