Brownie and I went on our usual daily walks today. But since it has turned cold again, they were shorter than usual. I was able to get back on the treadmill again this evening. This time I walked for 40 minutes, which is an increase of 5 minutes over yesterday's session on the treadmill.

I finally got back to the gym after missing almost 5 weeks. It was nice to workout again. The flu took a toll this year.
