My Actifit Report Card: December 7 2022
The cold weather continues here in Kansas and so once again I turned to my treadmill to get the exercise that I need to have a healthier life. My brave little Brownie tries her best to inspire me on our walks, but it doesn't take long before the cold wins out and I turn back towards home.
Once we return home, my wife is there to ask for my help with cleaning chores around the house. Today I spent a half hour cleaning some of the windows in the back. It's not much fun climbing up on a ladder in the cold wind!

I agree completely! I don't mind cleaning too much but washing windows on a ladder in the cold and wet is way overboard if you ask me.

You could try to teach your dog to walk in the treadmill too haha
Actually, I have tried to teach her to walk the treadmill. She wasn't thrilled with the idea. She prefers to lay next to it and nap while I walk.
