Chest and Triceps: February 7 2023

Not sure why but today was a hard workout. For some reason when I was doing the dips at the end I was spent spent. Think I might’ve overdid it on the triceps.

Walking was better than yesterday but still not to my average step count. Once the weather gets back to normal we steppin it up. 😎

Hope everyone got their pump on as well. 💪

I think the winter weather is affecting everyone my friend! Where I am at in the Pacific Northwest it is cold and rainy, and I'm trying to figure out how to get my steps in today lol! A very healthy 6K @actifit step day take care!
