We love the feedback! Well regarding the speed of the Tx, we are limited by the blocks speed, if we don't wait for the blockchain confirmation problems like growing the same seed in 2 different plots will come back, As we tried to tokenize almost everything on Hashkings these are one of the disadvantages of it.
And about the MOTA, you can see the global amount of MOTA staked in our HK-STATS webpage but we will update soon the drop system so you may wait for our upcoming announcement.
