Pukumundo Training Hello lovely 💕 💕 💕 people, here I come again with some amazing weight loss training for ladies and women.

The weight loss training for ladies or women could be divided into four(4) categories, namely:-

(1) The full body weight loss

(2) The belly fat runner

(3) The butt and thigh toning

(4) Strong and lane and bodybuilding

Let's start our training routine with the name one(1) which is full bad weight loss

  • THE FULL BODY WEIGHT LOSS

This helps the body to be slim, sexy, curvy, and smart. The result could only be achieved after thirty days with a series of techniques which are to be done for each day of the thirty days.

In this video, we shall base our workout on Day 1 and Day 2 exercises so that we can complete the process within a short period.

  • THE FULL BODY WEIGHT LOSS DAY 1

For day one, the following techniques must be done to kick start the drilling process and thereafter, we move to the techniques for day 2

(1) THE DYNAMIC CHEST(20 SECONDS)

(2) SIDE STEP JACKS(30 SECONDS)

(3) PLIE SQUATS(30 seconds)

(4) DONKEY KICKS RIGHT(20 SECONDS)

(5) DONKEY KICKS LEFT(20 SECONDS)

(6) BUTT BRIDGE(30 SECONDS)

(7) HEEL TOUCH(20 SECONDS)

(8) CAT COW POSE (30 SECONDS)

  • THE FULL BODY WEIGHT LOSS DAY 2

For day day, the following techniques must be done to complement the drilling process and thereafter, we move to the techniques for day 3

(1) STANDING BICYCLE CRUNCHES(20 SECONDS)

(2) SIDE STEP JACKS(30 SECONDS)

(3) STANDING OBLIQUE CRUNCHES RIGHT(20 SECONDS)

(4) STANDING OBLIQUE CRUNCHES LEFT(20 SECONDS)

(5) BACKWARD LUNGE(20 SECONDS)

(6) PUNCHES(20 SECONDS)

(7) BOX PUSH-UPS(20 SECONDS)

(8) CAT COW POSE (30 SECONDS)

El entrenamiento de pérdida de peso para damas o mujeres podría dividirse en cuatro(4) categorías, a saber:-.

(1) La pérdida de peso de todo el cuerpo

(2) El corredor de grasa del vientre

(3) La tonificación de glúteos y muslos

(4) Fuerte y carril y culturismo

Vamos a empezar nuestra rutina de entrenamiento con el nombre de uno(1) que está lleno de mala pérdida de peso

  • LA PÉRDIDA DE PESO DE TODO EL CUERPO

Esto ayuda al cuerpo a ser delgado, sexy, con curvas e inteligente. El resultado sólo podría lograrse después de treinta días con una serie de técnicas que se deben hacer para cada día de los treinta días.

En este vídeo, nos basaremos en los ejercicios del Día 1 y del Día 2 para poder completar el proceso en poco tiempo.

  • LA PÉRDIDA DE PESO DE CUERPO COMPLETO DÍA 1

Para el día uno, se deben realizar las siguientes técnicas para iniciar el proceso de perforación y después, pasamos a las técnicas para el día 2

(7) TOQUE DE TALÓN(20 SEGUNDOS)

(8) POSTURA DEL GATO Y LA VACA (30 SEGUNDOS)

  • LA PÉRDIDA DE PESO DE TODO EL CUERPO DÍA 2

Para el día día, las siguientes técnicas se deben hacer para complementar el proceso de perforación y después, pasamos a las técnicas para el día 3

(1) ABDOMINALES EN BICICLETA DE PIE(20 SEGUNDOS)

(2) SALTOS LATERALES (30 SEGUNDOS)

I love that you are serious about making videos to teach others to train their bodies properly and I also appreciate that you take the time to dedicate a full video for the ladies, I applaud your willingness.
