The Pukumundo Training. Hello lovely 💕 💕 💕 people, here I come again with some amazing weight loss training for ladies and women.

In the last video, I said the weight loss training for ladies or women could be divided into four(4) categories, namely:-

(1) The full body weight loss

(2) The belly fat runner

(3) The butt and thigh toning

(4) Strong and lane and bodybuilding

Let's start our training routine with the first one(1) which is the full bad weight loss

THE FULL BODY WEIGHT LOSS

This helps the body to be slim, sexy, curvy, and smart. The result could only be achieved after thirty days with a series of techniques which are to be done for each day of the thirty days.

In this video, we shall base our workout on Day 5 exercises so that we can gradually keep achieving the weight loss goal.

I shall work us through the following routines

(1)TRUNK ROTATION

(2)LEG DROPS

(3) REVERSE CRUNCHES

(4) CROSS ARM CRUNCHES

(5) SWIMMING AND SUPERMAN

(6) FLUTTER KICKS

(7) PLANK

(1)TRUNK ROTATION(×25):- this is done in a standing position, slightly bend your elbow and raise your arms by bending your elbow. Move your body to the left and the right. Repeat this.

(2) LEG DROPS(14):- this is done by lying your back on the ground with your hands on the side and lifting both legs to a 90-degree angle. you will feel the pressure on your abs. Now slightly lower your legs and return. Repeat this.

(3) REVERSE CRUNCHES(12):- this is done by lying your back on the ground with knees bent. keep your hand on both sides. Now inhale, and lift your legs to 90 degrees by keeping the knees bent. Exhale, come back to the original position, and repeat.

El entrenamiento de Pukumundo. Hola preciosa 💕💕💕💕 gente, aquí vengo otra vez con un increíble entrenamiento de pérdida de peso para damas y mujeres.

En el último video, dije que el entrenamiento de pérdida de peso para damas o mujeres podría dividirse en cuatro(4) categorías, a saber:-.

(1) La pérdida de peso de todo el cuerpo

(2) El corredor de grasa del vientre

(3) La tonificación de glúteos y muslos

(4) Fuerte y carril y culturismo

Vamos a empezar nuestra rutina de entrenamiento con la primera(1) que es la pérdida de peso mal completo

LA PÉRDIDA DE PESO CORPORAL COMPLETA

Esto ayuda al cuerpo a ser delgado, sexy, curvilíneo e inteligente. El resultado sólo se puede lograr después de treinta días con una serie de técnicas que se deben hacer para cada día de los treinta días.

En este vídeo, nos basaremos en los ejercicios del día 5 para poder seguir alcanzando gradualmente el objetivo de pérdida de peso.

Trabajaré con las siguientes rutinas

(1)ROTACIÓN DEL TRONCO

(2)LANZAMIENTO DE PIERNAS

(3) ABDOMINALES INVERSOS

(4) ABDOMINALES CRUZADOS

(5) NATACIÓN Y SUPERMAN

(6) PATADAS DE ALETEO

(7) PLANCHA

(1)ROTACIÓN DE TRONCO(×25):- se realiza en posición de pie, flexiona ligeramente el codo y levanta los brazos doblando el codo. Mueve el cuerpo hacia la izquierda y hacia la derecha. Repita esta operación.

(2) DESCENSO DE PIERNAS(14):- se realiza tumbado de espaldas en el suelo con las manos a los lados y levantando ambas piernas hasta un ángulo de 90 grados. notará la presión en los abdominales. Ahora baje ligeramente las piernas y vuelva. Repita esta operación.

(3) CRUNCHES INVERTIDOS(12):- se realiza tumbado de espaldas en el suelo con las rodillas flexionadas. mantenga las manos a ambos lados. Ahora inhale, y levante las piernas a 90 grados manteniendo las rodillas dobladas. Exhale, vuelva a la posición original y repita.
