This is a log of my new habit which I mentioned a few weeks ago 😏 push ups 💪 +1 every day 😎 first week was kinda silly, but I intentionaly started from one. To easily form a daily habit. So far so good. Even with a bulging disc in my back 😅

Interesting idea! I might have a go. Are you breaking it up over the whole day or just getting it done in one session.
So far, numbers have been low, so I've only needed one session (warming up with 3 bird-dogs on both sides). But in a month or so, I'll probably need to start spreading it out during the day.
