At Li-Ning For Badminton Racquets

Recently, after we 100% resume to normal lifestyle (no more movement control order), the boys started to pick up one of their favourite sports — badminton. It is good to see them enjoying themselves. However, our youngest son, Jansen's badminton racquet became faulty mainly due to it was a super low quality racquet. After discussion in the family, we decided to pass big brother Jayden's racquet to him, and then to buy a new badminton racquet for Jayden. Jansen was happy because he actually likes Jayden's racquet.

Off we went to Li-Ning

It was my first time here. It was also the boys' first time here. And I truly enjoyed myself exploring this place. We were greeted by these mannequins, as well as a stringing machine.

The boys and the man started to explore and to look at the racquets while I walked around the shop looking at other stuffs.

They really sell super beautiful sport shoes. I was in amazement and truly amazed at the price. Very expensive. But I also these sport shoes are great investment to real athletes.

Other accessories sold here like sport bags, sport attire, sport bottles, everything sport. I wanted to elaborate more but nothing much from my brain because sad to say, I did not grow up as an active child, I was always at home indulging in my story books. And more story books. Therefore, I did not have much knowledge on sports matter. But, I shall show you some photos.

I saw two special badminton racquets bags. Stunning with all those Chinese elements.

After admiring all other accessories, I went back to the men and they were still choosing the racquets they wanted.

The youngest one was like me, just loitering around. A photo of him then.

I also started to admire all the beautiful colours of racquets. And I saw one I truly like but I knew I wouldn't buy because I am not so into badminton besides playing for fun, like a family fun badminton day.

After reading the description written on the wall on the different characteristics of the badminton racquets and then actually looking at the price tags, I almost fainted. Some racquets can be the lowest minimum monthly wage of some people. That expensive. However, I also know better racquet produces better performance.

Okay, finally they chose their racquet. The eldest son chose the one already with string on. My husband chose the one yet to have string on. And then moved on to choose the colour of the string, as well as the grips. All was included in a package when you bought the racquet.

I love this section too, all colourful strings and grips. Surprisingly, without my opinion, my husband chosr pink purplish string. Oh wow, my favourite. I thought it would not match his badminton racquet but he said he doesn't follow two-tone in badminton racquet, instead colour contrast. Okie!

We spent a total of 100USD for two badminton racquets with one string, two grips, and free one badminton racquet bag.

Then, I asked them for a photo outside the shop with all the badminton players.

The boys and the man were all happy with their new badminton racquets. The youngest one once reached home, asked me to take a photo of him with his old racquet for memory purpose because I was going to dispose it. This type of racquet was the type couldn't be string again. Bye bye old racquet.

Hope we get to plan more family badminton day because it is good to move out of sedentary lifestyle into more active sweat-it-out lifestyle.
