Sunday, A late start of the day. In the afternoon i went out for a walk to high street. Spent 45/50 minutes walking in and around high street and then walked back home. I had done 5000+ steps.
Later I added 2000+ more steps walking indoors while listening to music.
Completing 7000+ steps for the day.
Ending the weekend on a good note.
