My Actifit Report Card: January 13 2023

A good start of the day. Weather has cold today in Uk. I felt it a bit more after returning back from holidays in india.

Work was good today.

In the evening, i went out to do my shopping and actifit steps. Took a bit longer to do my grocery shopping. Spent 40/46 minutes shopping and walking in and around high street and walk back home

Later added few more steps indoors,

Completing 5000+ steps for the day.
