A good day at work. Weather was good but bit cold.

In the evening, i went out to do my shopping and actifit steps. Spent 30/35 minutes walking in and around high street and then walked back home.

Later added 1500+ steps walking indoors while listening to music.

Completing 5500+ steps for the day.

I can't say about the rhythm, but i do sing along.
I mostly listen to bollywood songs and sometimes i do mix it up.
