Saturday Routine...

Hello!
Today I started the day with very slow jogging. I have so much work to do, but I feel so tired and lazy. Too many thoughts in my head, too many plans... So, I needed to take a short break.
Do you know that running helps to relax and increases a hormone of happiness?
So, when you are too stressed just go outside and run!
