Monday! A Plan day!
You know what?! I have a new morning ritual! I am going to the lake and walking around, enjoying the view, watching ducks and fish. Also, I am making plans! I think when I walk my brain works better and my thoughts are clearer, so I can better plan my day.
Another positive side of walking is that it is good for our health. My goal is to walk at least 10,000 steps every day, but if be honest it is difficult because these days I have a lot of work online...
