Bueno, amigos, estoy empezando a retomar lo que es la flexibilidad y mi rutina de estiramientos diaria, ya que últimamente la había dejado de lado por el tema de que, cada vez que iba a entrenar y hacía estiramientos, solía bajar mucho el nivel.
Estuve investigando y lo mejor para antes de entrenar es acondicionar los músculos, hacer movimientos pasivos; nada de estiramientos agresivos, porque eso solo hace que nos desgastemos a la hora de entrenar. Por eso lo había dejado de hacer, pero decidí que la flexibilidad es muy necesaria en nuestro día a día y nos va a ayudar mucho si somos deportistas de alto rendimiento.
Por ende, decidí incluirla en las mañanas, ya que me levanto un poco tenso; me ayudará a estar más liviano todo el día. Y de esa manera, cuando vaya a entrenar en las tardes, estaré mucho mejor.

Well, friends, I am starting to get back to flexibility and my daily stretching routine, since lately I had put it aside due to the fact that, every time I went to train and did stretches, I used to lower the level a lot.
I was researching and the best thing to do before training is to condition the muscles, do passive movements; No aggressive stretching, because that only makes us wear out when training. That's why I had stopped doing it, but I decided that flexibility is very necessary in our daily lives and it will help us a lot if we are high-performance athletes.
Therefore, I decided to include it in the mornings, since I wake up a little tense; It will help me feel lighter all day. And that way, when I go to train in the afternoons, I will be much better.
