My Actifit Report Card: March 12 2023
Hi fellow actifiters,
I am officially a mouth breather right now. My sore throat has officially became a flu. My nose is clogged and I've no choice but to breathe through my mouth.
But you should know by now that no flu can stop me from dancing zumba. So I turned the TV on and opened YouTube and went straight to search for TML Crew videos. I danced for almost an hour with my sweat dripping on the floor. I've forgot to set my watch to workout mode, I only remembered around 12 mins after dancing so the time in the watch is not accurate. I probably was able to burn around 600 KCal dancing.
After dancing, I prepared a healthy meal, well sort of. I'll be sauteing cabbage and carrots with canned tuna.
I didn't have cooked rice so I made an instant tteokbokki with black soybean flavor instead.
