My Actifit Report Card: April 5 2023
Good day fellow actifiters,
Happy Wednesday everyone. It was another productive at work today. And right after work, I was able to do my Wednesday workout routine back here in CDO City.
I started by warming up my upper body with a 5 min stretch. Then I did some light bicep curls and tricep push-downs using resistance bands to help stimulate blood flow and not tire the muscles. After that, I stretched my wrist and did some wrist rotations.
For my workout, I started with inverted rows. I don't have dip bars here in CDO City, so I'm back to using the two chairs again. I did 3 sets of 13 reps, same as last week.
Next, I moved on to leg raises with 13 reps on the first set, 14 on the 2nd set, and then 15 reps on the last set. After that, I did diamond push-ups with 13 reps of 3 sets.
I then followed up with Russian twists, this time I'm back to using the 1L Coca Cola pet bottle for the weight. I did 3 sets with 20 reps.
I finished the workout with 3 sets of 25 reps glute bridges.
After the workout, I did a 10 min stretch for cooldown.
