My Actifit Report Card: November 22 2025

Asslamoalekum and hello to my #Actifit community. Welcome to another blog. I hope you people are having a great weekend. I am also doing well.

It was a marvelous day here in Pakistan. Nowadays I am living in one of the busiest city of Pakistan Lahore. The good thing about Lahore is that it has everything to entertain people. The Lahore has beautiful parks, historical places and many more.

Today along with my favourite friend I visited Race Course Park Lahore. We walked all the way from my residence to this park. Today I visited different side of this park. I saw lots of different kinds of flowers there. People were busy in taking selfies amongst these flowers. Their fragrance were spreading around. People were enjoying. So I decided to take few pictures there. The scenes were amazing. The way people were taking pictures it looks amazing. This place was looking colourful. When I was walking amongst these wonderful flowers, I was thinking about my love one. I was remembering my daughter Javeria Javed Khan. She is also like a flower for me. Infact she is more beautiful than a flower. I was fully emotional.

Then I walked on the rough track. I met with my jym buddies there had some gup ship with them. After walking for almost half an hour I went towards outer jym and did few Push ups , sit ups and other exercises. A trainer at jym tought me knee exercise. I was doing this exercise in a wrong way. He told me the right way of doing this exercise. Then I rested for a while there and offered my Maghreb prayer. After offering Maghreb prayer I walked towards my residence. It was a long walk. I enjoyed it a lot with my friend. I hope you will like this activity pots. Thanks
