Sábado de quemar calorías, los fines de semana suelo descansar de las intensas rutinas de la semana, pero hoy quise hacer un poco de cardio para trabajar mi resistencia, hace mucho no realizaba una rutina tan intensa como esta parece inofensiva por no trabajarse bajo repeticiones, debo decir que 45 segundo de cada uno de estos movimientos son suficientes para elevar tus pulsaciones hacer que quieras rendirte, en ese momento es que debes exigirte más y terminar lo que empezaste, el modo de trabajo es ejecutar durante 45 segundos cada movimiento seguido de un descanso de solo 15 segundos continuaremos con el siguiente movimiento así hasta llegar al quinto movimiento, realizaremos 4 series de esta rutina entre serie descansaremos un poco más 30 segundos, hagan la rutina y me dicen si llegaron al final sin flaquear, sigamos activos
