3 HIVE for each voucher doesn't bode very well because it's suppose to be $4 per packs after the pre-sale. I don't know if anyone is thinking about the costs.

I could be wrong, but I didn't see on any place any plan how they will do it "after the presale"... The price of packs is $4 (before and after the presale), that's true, but you will need a VOUCHER token to buy a pack... What will happen AFTER the pre-sale, I don't know...
When it's FOMO, just a few think about the real costs... lol... :)
