Template: Endurance “The Chipper” Signature Workout - 60 minutes

We have done the Chipper signature template during a couple of Hell Weeks and they bring it back occasionally,

Floor Block - 22.5 minutes

• ⁠40 x bench tap squat
• ⁠400m row
• ⁠35 x bench straight leg raise
• ⁠350m row
• ⁠30 x sumo squat to upright row
• ⁠300m row
• ⁠25 x TRX low row
• ⁠250m row
• ⁠20 total x palm to elbows
• ⁠200m row
• ⁠15 x chest fly
• ⁠150m row
• ⁠10 total x step up to bicep curl
• ⁠100m row
• ⁠Finished then just repeat the exercises only until time

Tread Block

• ⁠3 min push
• ⁠1 min base
• ⁠2.5 min push
• ⁠1 min base
• ⁠2 min push
• ⁠1 min base
• ⁠90 sec push
• ⁠1 min base
• ⁠75 sec push
• ⁠1 min base
• ⁠1 min push
• ⁠1 min base
• ⁠45 sec push
• ⁠1 min base
• ⁠30 sec push
• ⁠1 min base
• ⁠30 sec push
• ⁠30 sec base
• ⁠30 sec push
• ⁠30 sec All Out

Calorie and Splat burn definitely earned. No pyramid in the Orangetheory Fitness Heart Rate Monitor results, but the 🔥 burn 🔥 was definitely on point; but more of a fluid transition on the floor to rower and the tread was typical endurance mode 🥵

For those of you who know me by now, knows that Saturday is cheat day, for my fiancé Tiffany and me.

The highlight without question, was these Cheese Bombs from Buttercrust Pizza 🤩😋

Another workout scheduled for tomorrow 💪🏽 gotta burn off those Cheese Bombs 🤣
