Template - AOM #1 - Paranoia - 60 minutes
Of course, Tiffany and I went into todays Orangetheory Fitness session with an extra burst of excitement; because it was Day One of the seasonal All Out Mayhem series!
All Out Mayhem consists of SEVEN days of more challenging, yet doable, workouts to encourage members to awaken their inner athlete.
Members are encouraged to register and complete 4 workouts across the 7 days. Each day is themed to build excitement and focuses on specific muscle groups and Tiffa and I have scheduled to show up all SEVEN days.
We will burn splats during the series at our home studio OTF Nona North and today’s workout was with Coach Angeline running today’s template: “PARANOIA”

Looks like you are off to an excellent start, Jimmy.
Wow! How long does all that take to do? I have to say I am getting more inspired to get off my chair and move some more than just going down and up the stairs a few times a day. I did a mile walk indoors with a resistance band. My sciatica is starting to act up the last couple of days so that is a hint that I need to get off the chair and away from my desk. I prefer not to live on Anti inflammatories and smell like bio freeze all the time.

Yes, I’m also trying to stay as more active as I get older.
OTF sessions are about 60 minutes with some 90 minute classes in the mix.
