Jiffy and OTF Coach #211

Haven’t posted about my workouts lately, but since coming back from the Georgia road trip, Tiffany and I went back to our workout routine this past Monday, which coincided with the latest Orangetheory Fitness challenge.

For this challenge you have to complete 6 out of 12 workouts.

Tiffa and I have done four in a row and already are two workouts away from completing the challenge.

Important to note, we don’t have to do them on consecutive days, our schedule just has us in a position to do all six in a row.

Today, Tiffany and I drove to one of our favorite OTF studios in South Downtown Orlando, Florida.

This morning, Tiffa and I worked out for for our 211th Orangetheory Fitness Coach as a couple.

Coach Caroline has an energetic coaching style, her playlist was not bad and explained the template very well.

I burned 785 calories and reached the metrics I always want to reach, but more importantly, when I workout for a new coach; it's important for me to do so.

The usual recent struggles were in play, but I did have one of my better workouts this week

ELEVEN of the 211 coaches, since returning on August 29th is really awesome for us, since we had reached 200 the day of the car accident. To be able to workout for 11 so quickly, since coming back is humbling.

300 coaches before the end of 2023 looks very possible.

Jiffy (Jimmy + Tiffany) as we are known in the Orangetheory community not only worked out for our 211th Orangetheory Coach as a couple, but #211 is our first as a married couple.
