Nesses horários do dia você estará se expondo aos raios UV, mas obtendo seus benefícios com segurança, mas evitando seus riscos, esses são os horários ideais para praticar atividades físicas ao ar livre.


Lembre-se também que em muitos países, nos meses de inverno, o sol não costuma ser forte o suficiente para garantir a formação adequada de vitamina D, mas nosso corpo tem capacidade de armazenar essa vitamina nos músculos e no tecido adiposo durante esses períodos. onde não recebemos muita luz solar e em alguns casos específicos.
