My Actifit Report Card: September 11 2025

Saludos a todos en actifit, aquí estoy yo con un nuevo reporte !

Hello everyone at actifit, here I am with a new report !


Como de cosmtumbre, me desperté a las 5am para prepararme para ir a trabajar, como es el ultimo día de la semana estaba algo cansado pero me animé a ir ya que al ser el ultimo día de trabajo de la semana puedo llegar a casa y descansar. Fueron más o menos personas, me desocupé a eso de las 10:30am, me decidí por calentar y hacer mi rutina de brazos, especificamente biceps, triceps y hombro lateral, hice una rutina de 2 ejercicios para cada grupo muscular, todas las series al fallo. Terminé de entrenar a las 12 en punto, asi que me fui a la parada a esperar carrito y volver a mi casa en Cabimas. Descanse en la tarde e hice algunas cosas, mis que haceres diarios, al llegar la 6pm me fui al venoil a entrenar a mis 2 alumnos, esta vez falto uno asi que solo entrené a Dylan que es nuevo y a lito, el cual se enfocó en una rutina para subida a handstand a fuerza, y Dylan hizo una pequeña rutina de tirón. Luego fuimos a mi casa para que hicieran un poco de pesas y fui con Lito a la plaza Concordia y ayude a una amiga a vender galletas, estuve ahi hasta las 11pm y volvi a casa a comer y dormir.

As usual, I woke up at 5 a.m. to get ready for work. Since it was the last day of the week, I was a little tired, but I decided to go anyway because it was the last day of work for the week and I could go home and rest. There were more or less people, and I finished around 10:30 a.m. I decided to warm up and do my arm routine, specifically biceps, triceps, and lateral shoulders. I did a routine of two exercises for each muscle group, all sets to failure. I finished training at 12 o'clock sharp, so I went to the bus stop to wait for the bus and return to my home in Cabimas. I rested in the afternoon and did some things, my daily chores. At 6 p.m., I went to the gym to train my two students. This time, one was missing, so I only trained Dylan, who is new, and Lito, who focused on a routine for handstand push-ups, and Dylan did a small pull routine. Then we went to my house to do some weight training, and I went with Lito to Concordia Square and helped a friend sell cookies. I was there until 11 p.m. and then went home to eat and sleep.
