Upper Body Thursday | 8,500 steps | My Actifit Report Card: July 10 2025
Greetings everyone. Today my training day wasn't as intense as other days, but it was still totally fun.
I worked on my upper body a little, although I'm considering adding more exercises. I'm also considering starting to run outdoors. For now, I'm doing it on the treadmill. I feel like I've improved a lot, but I still get tired after 20 minutes of continuous running. I feel like I'm physically and mentally exhausted after that. I don't want to give up, but I'm also afraid of causing an injury or something like that, since I'm a beginner.
On the other hand, I didn't manage 10k steps today, but at least I kept moving, which is what's really important, and stayed active by doing strength training. I don't have much to share, just that. Happy training, everyone!

Saludos a todos. Hoy mi día de entrenamiento no fue tan intenso como otros días pero sí fue totalmente divertido.
Trabajé un poco el tren superior, aunque estoy considerando añadir mas ejercicios y también estoy considerando en empezar a salir a correr al aire libre, por ahora lo hago en la cinta, siento que he mejorado un montón pero aún así me canso pasado los 20 minutos continuos, siento que después de ese tiempo estoy agotada física y mentalmente, no me quiero rendir pero también me da miedo ocasionarme una lesión o algo por el estilo, ya que soy principiante.
Por otro lado, hoy no logré los 10k steps pero por lo menos me mantuve en movimiento que es lo verdaderamente importante y activa haciéndose ejercicios de fuerza. No tengo mucho para compartir, solo eso. ¡Feliz entreno para todos!

Little by little you will definitely get there, you just need to be consistent. I also want to register for a gym but I am still procrastinating
I procrastinated for quite a while too, but once I took the first step, I haven't stopped. I recommend you do it.
