10K Steps & Hamstring training | My Actifit Report Card: August 13 2025

Hello everyone here. I haven't posted my progress in a couple of weeks. Today I barely managed to complete the 10k steps…

But I did manage to do my strength training early in the morning. Today I focused on my hamstrings and also my glutes.

I've been feeling a little strange lately. I don't know how long it's been, maybe a month now, but I stopped doing abs, and now I'm having a hard time getting back into routines. Mainly because I feel lost when it comes to exercises. I mean, I don't want to do 10 different exercises without knowing what I'm working out. I'd like to stick with 4 or 5 exercises for this area, but ones that are really good, that work the entire abdomen. I'll get back to them this week.

Un saludo a todos por aquí, tenía un par de semanas sin postear mi progreso. Hoy a duras penas pude terminar los 10k pasos…

Pero, sí logré hacer mi entrenamiento de fuerza temprano en la mañana. Hoy trabajé enfocada en los isquiotibiales y también en los glúteos.

Últimamente he estado un poco extraña, no sé desde cuando, quizás un mes ya, dejé de hacer abdominales y ahora me está costando retomar las rutinas. Principalmente porque me siento perdida con los ejercicios, quiero decir, no quiero hacer 10 ejercicios diferentes, sin saber que estoy trabajando, quisiera quedarme con 4 o 5 ejercicios en esta zona, pero que sean realmente buenos, que trabajen todo el abdomen, esta semana pondré manos a la obra otra vez.
