My resumen | My Actifit Report Card: August 23 2025
It hasn't been a particularly exemplary week, but hey, I'm in my PMS week. The important thing is that I've been able to complete my daily steps and some other tasks.
I've also been taking a break from dieting between yesterday and today because my anxiety is so strong.
Today I went to the gym and had to do some weight training. I tried to do some miscellaneous activities to make up for Wednesday when I took a break due to some pain, but everything's fine now.

No ha sido una semana bastante ejemplar pero bueno, estoy en mi semana del SPM, lo importante es que he podido completar mis pasos diarios y algunas otras tareas.
También me he estado dando un break de la dieta entre ayer y hoy porque la ansiedad está demasiado fuerte.
El día de hoy fui al gym y tocó hacer un poco de inferior, traté de hacer algunas actividades varias para compensar el día miércoles que me tomé un descanso por un dolor que tuve, pero ahora todo está bien.
