Intense Training | My Actifit Report Card: September 19 2025
These last two days have been pretty intense. Today I had a pretty long workout because I modified some things and preferred to end the week with a good, slightly heavier workout than to start it strong and remain exhausted for the rest of the week. Well, today, as my last day of exercise, I did weight training, core training, intense cardio, and a lot of walking.
On the latter, I've also been walking quite a bit since yesterday because I took advantage of visiting some new places in the city, just to walk and reach my 10,000 step goal. As of today, I'm pretty exhausted, and I have to add in the fact that I have to work out in heels during an evening event tomorrow as well. The good thing is that I'll be able to rest on Sunday. One thing that makes me really happy is seeing that my gym work is starting to show physically. I'm excited for everything that the future holds.

Estos últimos dos días han sido bastante intensos, hoy tuve un entrenamiento bastante largo porque modifiqué algunas cosas y prefería terminar la semana con un buen trabajo y un poco más pesado que comenzarla fuerte y permanecer agotada el resto de la semana. Bien, hoy como mi último día del ejercicio hice ejercicio de pesas, entrenamiento del core, cardio intenso y bastante caminata.
Estas última, desde ayer he estado caminando bastante también porque aproveché de visitar algunos lugares nuevos en la ciudad, solamente para caminar y alcanzar mi objetivo de los 10k pasos. Al día de hoy estoy bastante agotada y añadir que debo trabajar en tacones durante un evento de noche, mañana también, lo bueno es que el domingo podré descansar. Algo que me alegra bastante es ver que se me empiezan a notar físicamente mi trabajo del gym, estoy emocionada por todo lo que me espera en el futuro.

Ejercitarse es importante para nuestra salud, siempre he querido hacerlo pero pongo cualquier excusa además de que tengo una condición en una de mis piernas que me limita hacer ejercicios pesados, pero paso a paso se pueden lograr grandes cambios. Sigue así amiga ☺️
