My training | My Actifit Report Card: October 17 2025
Today, all my weight training felt really heavy, more exhausting than usual, and I know the reason is because I'm in my PMS. Women actually have quite a few hormonal ups and downs, and that affects our progress. The only thing we can do is adapt and also anticipate to minimize some effects during these. For example, feeling a little weaker is normal. At first, I was frustrated at the gym and didn't understand why; now I understand because of all the energy demands.
I still continued with my exercises regularly. One thing I missed was the Bulgarian squats, but everything else was fine.
Today I trained:
Full glutes
Core training
Cardio
Completed the 10k

El día de hoy sentí todo mi entrenamiento de pesas realmente pesado, más agotador de lo normal, y sí sé la razón es porque estoy en mi SPM. Las mujeres realmente tenemos bastantes altibajos hormonales y eso afecta nuestro progreso, lo único que podemos hacer es adaptarnos y también anticiparnos para minimizar algunos efectos durante estos, por ejemplo esto de sentirse un poco más débil es normal, yo al principio me frustraba en el gym y no entendía el por qué, ahora lo entiendo por toda la demanda de energía.
Igualmente seguí con mis ejercicios con regularidad, algo que sí me faltó hacer fueron las sentadillas bulgaras pero el resto todo bien.
