10k Steps A Day: June 1 2023
Hey Everyone!!
It was my another day with 10k Steps A Day Challenge to myself and i completed it. I successfully achieved my target 🎯.
This is the picture of a flowering plant that i found in my garden. It was a nice little flower, so i clicked it's pictures.
Today also, i woked up early at 6 am and had a nice walk outside. I walked till 7 am, an hour and got my 4k actifit count.
Then throughout the day, i did my college assignment, so very less moment.
In the evening, i had some walk and also watered my plants in the garden. It took me almost 2-3 hours to finish my work and my evening ends with the 8k actifit counts.
Then i prepared the dinner for all and had my dinner. After finishing my dinner, i walked out. It was not a good weather as was yesterday. With few minutes of walk, my face was sweating. So i just finished my 10k steps and went inside.
So this way i completed my today's 10k actifit steps challenge. I'm happy that i achieved it successfully today again 😊.
