Arsenal and Man City soars higher in GW2 | Match Review

The games that were played today serves as a testimony to the brilliance of a couple of players. At the same time, some players who have been getting the hype for bang average performance also got exposed. Haha.

Let's get into a review of some games that were played today... Can't wait!

Arsenal vs Leicester City

Arsenal started this season with a statement at Selhurst Park Stadium when they played against Crystal Palace. This time around, they had the full pleasure of tearing Leicester City apart in Emirates Stadium.

This is so amazing! What a game that was. I genuinely can't get used to seeing this type of quality from Arsenal. This is so huge for Mikel Arteta and his boys. Their fans are also gushing all over. Haha.

I'm glad for the team and the fans especially because I had the pleasure of seeing their rants last season. I enjoy those tears from Arsenal fans, so I hope they get to enjoy the joy of victory while it lasts. Haha.

Let's look at stats from that game

And below are the bangers in that game

I don't know about y'all, but Gabriel Jesus is all I see. Haha.

The dude took this game personally. His approach to the game was that of a true winner. I'm so glad I have this champ in my FPL team. I made him a Vice Captain this week and I got the reward in gold. Haha.

What a player he has proven to be. A true gem of a guy with 2 goals and 2 assists today. He wanted a hattrick and he nearly got it. I lost count of the number of times he almost scored a third goal today, but it just wasn't to be.

Man of the match (MOTM) for this game goes to Gabriel Jesus. Well deserved from him.

I believe Leicester City are in all sorts of shit.

I've had my reservations about Leicester after they blew the lead they had against Brentford in their first game week. They are also on the verge of losing important players in the team.

Leicester City seems to have a lot to do going forward because barring the fact that Arsenal was unplayable today, Leicester also has team issues to deal with if they truly want to have a place in the mid-table table of the Prems this season.

I hope they sort themselves out.

Man City vs AFC Bournemouth

Manchester City is one of those teams that plays every game as if it's a cup final.

The way they pass the ball is sumptuous. They have a massive attacking style which makes their games delectable to watch. Everyone, starting from the goalkeeper happens to be trained by Pep to be attacking-minded.

On a footballing level, I love this team so much, but as a Liverpudlian, knowing all we've missed out because of the presence of a rival like Man City, it feels unhealthy to watch them play at their best. Haha. It's sentiment. I know, but that's part of the game.

About their game for the day, the stats should do the talking 👇

Just look at Kevin De Bruyne raking all the points. 1 goal and 1 assist from him today.

I feel like we already know it all about Manchester City and the quality they possess. This team is amazing.

Meanwhile, did you hear from the other side of Manchester?

You know what I'm saying... The red side of Manchester. Haha. I need to get a quick sleep, so we will be chat about them in my next post.

You wouldn't want to miss that.

Thanks For Not Missing Any Full-stop Or Comma

Hi, good analysis and opinion of those games, sorry I couldn't watch the Arsenal game, certainly watching Manchester City play is a pleasure.

What surprises me is the bad moment of Manchester United, since last season is going in decible, but I think this can be solved, there are some players who should not be in the 11.

I got to watch the Arsenal game at the same time with Manchester City and both games was very interesting.

As for Manchester United, in the analysis I wrote after watching their first game, the obvious problem was from the midfield but after the game they played today, the problem is not just about the midfield and I don't think it's only has to do with the players.

The club as a whole is becoming a joke.
