Man United's crisis continues | Whose fault is it?

I genuinely believe we've come to a stage where even the most devoted of Manchester United's supporters have to face the fact that the club is no longer what it was some decades ago.

The Manchester United that comes to mind whenever I hear the name of this club is that one filled with players who give their 101% in every game. Capable footballers and a remarkable football team that sent shivers down the spine of opposition teams.

20220814_155028_0000~2.png

How on Earth did they move from having a team sheet of people like Rio Ferdinand, David Beckham, Roy Keane, Scholes and other remarkable names in football to a team sheet of... (thinking)... Maguire?

I'm sure you see what I'm seeing.

I'm imagining what the team talk will be like when a just promoted Nottingham Forest will be up against this Manchester United. Imagine what Steve Cooper (Head Coach of Nottingham Forest) will say to his players. It will likely be in the direction of;

Let's go there and get the minimum point from the game. This Manchester United side is beatable.

Let's refer to the game that was played yesterday between Brentford and Manchester United

What were they doing there for bloody 90 minutes without scoring a goal? Not even a consolatory goal? Jeezzz! How did the mighty fall so low?

Seriously man... Who is at fault here?

It can't just be the Glazers or whatever they go by. And don't even point a finger at the managers. How many managers will it take to fix this shitshow from Manchester United?

We blamed McTominay and Fred in midfield last week. Well, this time around, McTominay was not in that starting line-up. We said Ronaldo didn't start the last game. He sure started this one.

I can't even imagine what Man United are doing to themselves and the people that come out each game week to show support to the team. I can have a good laugh at them, but just for today, I'm trying to be sympathetic towards the fans and Eric Ten Hag.

Yet again, another Manager's resume is about to become a mess because of Manchester United.

I feel like I have talked enough about Manchester United. Now, let's recognize the brilliance of Brentford.

Screenshot_20220814-152336.png

Look at that. You must be laughing.

Brentford was everything you would expect Man United to be. They were outstanding, intense and very clinical in front of goal. Their passes were sumptuous and those finishes were ruthless.

They schooled Man United like a team on its way to relegation. Ironically, Man United are now sitting at the bottom of the EPL team.

What a start to the season.

This can't be scripted, right?

I was speechless after the match, I didn't believe what I saw and I was wondering if they had to face Manchester City or Arsenal at the moment because Darwin wouldn't even go easy on them.

Conceding for goals in the first 35 minutes of the match was embarrassing, I don't know why the new manager is still hesitating to make the right changes in the club. He might end of up as Ragnick and others before him, it was a terrible performance.

That's my concern. His case may just end up like that of Ragnick. That's how things have been for the recent managers that took managerial role in Man United.

He started second half with a lot of changes, but when you see who was taken off and who came in, you will see that there is no difference.

Yesterday's game caused a lot of concerns for Man United. I can't wait to see how our game with them will be. !PIZZA

I expect not less than a win from Liverpool, my fantasy team is depending on them right now. Happy Sunday bro.

That's would be a smart move, he has got a lot to offer and he does perform well tomorrow then his fee might increase.

It is an aberration to see the mighty Manchester United, the first Reds and Red Devils humiliated. Probably, the devil is showing what feature it holds for United this season.
Without a wink, one would know there is either a curse or a cause to this embarrassing display by the team.

I can't imagine how closet eh goals came. Four goals in first half and no soberness to level it up in the second half.
How I wish I could play bet. Manchester United would have helped me make a lot of money this season.

It is a great fall.
However, lets see what the future holds for the REDS.

The humiliation was amplified and to be honest bro, it could have been worse but I noticed that Brentford adopted a different approach in the second half of that game. Manchester United are in a very precarious situation.

De Gea actually said that it seems like someone cursed their team 😂. This is quite hilarious. I just hope we see this same Man United in their next game which is against liverpool.

Let's see how their next games will be. !PIZZA

I am not sure if this is the right question to ask right now. I would ratehr have them figure out a solution for this situation rather than searching for somebody to point at

The need to figure out the problem before they can work towards a solution.

Once the find the major problem, it makes it easier to get to a solution

I really don't know but something tells me Ferguson left with some timings undisclosed and it's really affecting the legacy he should have left behind.

Ever since the departure of Ferguson, Man United have been losing their flair and it keeps getting worse year-in year-out.

This time around, it feels like they have reached rock bottom.

A combination of poor purchases along with no leadership in the club. You never buy players because fans demand it and are clueless. No top player is coming to the club and who says Ten Haag can fix this. Today they were not given a day off and had to train which would have gone down well with the players. I have said as far back as 3 years ago keep 4 players and bin the rest and start fresh. Have the right staff in place from top to bottom and then see what happens. They are on a course that cannot be fixed as is and will only deteriorate from here. players will want to leave and will not want o be associated with the club. The harder you try the worse it becomes when you are this bad.

The lack of leadership in their squad is obvious. Maguire has the armband, but that's it. Wearing that armband to each game doesn't qualify him as a leader. He always looks confused and finds it hard to coordinate the backline. Leading the whole team is really not possible for me.

It's the same with everyother person in the squad. When you see them play, it seems as if each of them separately received instruction from a different manager.

With the way the club is going, attracting world class players will be really hard because alot of people can see that no serious project is going on there.

Even when someone with good potential comes into that team, the person will look bang average because the overall performance of the team is an eyesore. Haha.

Their next game is against Liverpool. I don't think they are ready for this.

They are not ready for the Premier League let alone Liverpool. Name one side who wouldn't want to play United and would expect to take points off them.

They are already making the worst possible start they ever imagined. There is no threat in the team and they sure have a long way to go.

I just can't imagine what this season holds in store for them. Haha.

On multiple occasions I've asked myself where it all went wrong. A lot of possible answers came flowing to mind, but what I couldn't think through is how to fix this mess. Several methods have being tried, a huge amount of money has been thrown at the problem yet it persisted. I'm done racking my brain as to what is to be done. I will just flow with the tide and endure the pain.

You are not alone in this. It feels like the problem is so much to the extent that even some of the problems looks as if they're not a problem. Just when you think that one of the problem is already solved, two other problems will clear from nowhere. haha. That's ithe situation of Manchester United at the moment. The mighty reds are in dilemma. !PIZZA

It's incredible how low Manchester united have falllen. And at the moment it seems like there's no end in sight. They'll probably end the season mid table at this rate.

Fixing this requires a complete turnover of the club, binning almost everyone and starting fresh. But thatll mean they'll have to settle with being mid for a while.

Hahah... Fixing this Manchester United issue requires a lot. Their problems are a lot and many of them are very visible to everyone.

But, bro... Did you see what liverpool have been doing this seeing? I'm thinking of a world where Manchester United gets to win their first game of the season in that game against liverpool.

It will change the whole trajectory of how Many United have been viewed since the beginning of the season. haha

Haha, Liverpool have also started the season poorly, but nobody is really voicing it out. I still think Man u will be beaten though.

Liverpool have just started slowly, if you watch the games you'll still see some quality. Man U on the other hand has just been poor in all aspects. They haven't even scored an intentional goal.

Fun fact, if Man U can't score against Liverpool, they may have to use an own goal as their goal of the month.

Hahahaha.... You are having a laugh at them 😂. Lolz.

Man United are really getting it hot. I might be sympathetic towards them, but I think they need to continue this way until the club works on stepping things up.

If they get a win without solving the issue, everyone will relax and the whole issue will continue to live with them. Haha. It will be like a step forward and two steps backward.

This season is still fresh, but it seems like we've seen a whole lot of weird results already. A long season is ahead for both Manchester United (which I don't really care about. Haha) and Liverpool.

At this point it already looks like city have won the league cause of Liverpool's bad start, but we'll see how it goes. Goodluck to both teams.
