The contest has come to a close.

Cons of creating a contest:

In creating the contest, my goal was to increase engagement in the sports talk social network, which I believe has not been accomplished. Both for the benefit of the other users and for my own. However, as a result of some unavoidable circumstances, I've found myself becoming increasingly preoccupied in my daily life, which has resulted in me devoting less time to the contest. I had anticipated that the participants would write more posts about it and engage in greater discussion about it. However, all of my predictions proved to be completely incorrect, as none of the participants posted anything or took part in any engagements. As a result, I had to put a stop to it. for the simple reason that it was a completely free contest. All you had to do was participate in discussions about it on hive, or more specifically, in the Sports Talk Social community. And if you didn't have a post to engage with, then make one yourself. However, in the previous three or four months, there have been one or two posts that have discussed it. So it's best to call a halt to the competition. Giving away free money would be pointless if it did not bring joy.

Today, I'm distributing the prizes to all of the winners over the past three months. Thank you for taking the time to enter the contest.

As you can see, there was a great deal of competition in the leagues right from the start of the season. @raisul was the most consistent player in the league from the very beginning of the season. In addition, he came close to winning the top place twice. However, it was only by a single point that he was able to take second place behind others. However, @raisul took second position for the three time in three months. I'm quite happy with his whole performance. About @jmehta, I mentioned in my earlier post that he stood an excellent chance of taking first place, and he proved me correct. Congratulations to @arfa & @pappyelblanco as well for winning the top spot.

As a result, I'd like to express my gratitude to everyone who took part. It was enjoyable to keep the league going. The fact that there were numerous close encounters right from the start means that everyone was pleased to participate. However, because there has been no engagement on this, I'm calling a halt to the league.

Yes, I agree it's a shame about engagement of the contest, however is too late to create engagement on this?
