My Actifit Report Card: November 7 2021

The King was off to the market to do some late afternoon grocery shopping for the Kingdom’s chef. The assistant cook called in sick today. The life of royalty! Have to pick up the pieces when necessary!

Afterwards we were off to garner our 10K step count. Glorious! That is all the King has to say about that. See for yourself the lovely encounter with nature. Photos still are missing that special uhhhhh.

And the King made it to the beach to kick off the rubber soled shoes and get some earthing in.

Interesting tide pooling among the rocks.

And later in the day.

That is it for the King this evening. All the best tomorrow as we move into miraculous Monday and the expectation of miracles!
