Hari ke 14 menggunakan aplikasi actifit.

Hallo hiver,

Akhirnya naik level juga game di dalam actifit, rincian sebagai berikut;

  • Water Bottle level 2
  • Shoes level 2
  • Hat level 2

Dengan naik level, walhasil pengeluaran dalam bentuk token semakin banyak. Ya meski return juga akan semakin naik.

Bagaimana kabar olahraga hari ini?

Kalau saya hanya jalan kaki dan lari kecil bahkan terkadang hanya duduk dan menggerakkan kedua tangan bergantian. Seperti angkat barbel. Otot lengan terasa berisi dan tidak mudah lelah.

Yang terpenting gerak dan gerak, jangan sampai diam membatu.
