My Actifit Report Card: September 19 2022
A good amount a stretching and walking but added in the weightroom again today.
Lots of arms, starting with Spiderman push-ups and a good amount of curls. Then we added in a lot of Romanian deadlifts, it worked the whole body today!
So keep pushing yourself to that next level, remember you are awesome and keep the movement!
