How frustrating it has become to watch Chelsea Fc play, don't get me wrong I love Chelsea and will always be a fan.

There is nothing about it that will make me change my mind, not bad results, not bad times, nothing will make me change my mind I will support my team till the day I die.

However, that does not make me criticize the horrible way the team is playing and the bad way the board has handled the last few things, so many of them the issue of the signings, the issue of the technical director, sporting director and many other things that have not been done well.

Chelsea is not a team that is used to winning and lifting titles, a couple of years ago they won the Champions League, the Europa League as well, in general they have been a club that has lifted trophies in the last few years.

This has set the bar very high, the players that the club must have must be elite and play as such, this is not a club where you win or lose and it doesn't matter, here you must win every day, play well in every game, give the best of yourself and above all win titles.

It is unbelievable the passivity with which they played against Manchester United, who although they won deservedly, they also lost easily and by a landslide, because United is just as bad as Chelsea, but that is a topic for another post.

No Real leadership

This club has suffered from a real leader and has been desperately crying out for one for many years. Azpilicueta was a good leader with a different type of leadership, a calmer one, a more composed one; because of the nature of this club a more vocal leader is needed, one who shouts, one who offends, one who makes his presence felt and also encourages and infects his teammates.

Reece James is a captain who is not yet ready to command this team, not yet. Maybe next season he will be, but this season he still has a lot to learn.

Those who should have that leadership seem to be restrained and do not want to raise their voices, are they afraid of something or someone?

Another thing that seems strange to me is how little Tiago Silva speaks or shouts, many times I see that his teammates make mistakes and instead of shouting, he just wrinkles his face in a clear gesture of disapproval. We need much more than that.

It is true that youth is weighing on this team, it is a very young team in almost all lines, except for Silva usually no one else is over 28 years old in the starting lineup, a lot of youth and little experience.

Are these youngsters really up to the task?

While it is true that youth is weighing on this team, you can see them play good games and then the next game they seem to have regressed much more than they advanced.

Others, on the other hand, seem to be more concerned with social networks, their hairstyles, their sponsorships than playing good soccer, and some others that I see playing and I think that if they had played with the previous owner they would have had a place.

Are these players up to the task, are Jackson, Madueke, Enzo, Caicedo, Mudryk up to the task? Are they good enough to play and expect what is expected of them?

I for one don't know.

Que frustrante se ha convertido ver jugar al Chelsea Fc, no me mal entienda yo amo al Chelsea y seré su fan siempre.

No hay nada de eso que me haga cambiar de pensamiento, ni los malos resultados, ni los malos momentos, nada hará que cambie de pensar apoyaré a mi equipo hasta que se me vaya la vida.

Sin embargo, eso no hace que critique lo horrible que está jugando el equipo y lo mal que ha manejado la directiva las últimas cosas, tantos el tema de los fichajes, el tema del director técnico, director deportivo y muchas otras cosas más que no se han hecho bien.

Chelsea no es un equipo que esté acostumbrado a ganar y levantar títulos, hace un par de años ganó la Champions League, la Europa League también, en general ha sido un club que la levantado trofeos en los últimos años.

Eso ha dejado la vara muy alta los jugadores que debe de tener el club deben de ser de elite y jugar como tal, acá no es un club en el que se gana o se pierde y da igual, acá se debe de ganar todos los días jugar bien en cada juego, dar lo mejor de si mismo y sobre todo levantar títulos.

Es increíble la pasividad con la que se jugó contra un Manchester United, que si bien ganó merecidamente, también puso perder fácilmente y por goleada, pues el United está igual de mal que el Chelsea, pero ese es tema para otro post.

No hay liderazgo Real

Este club ha padecido de un líder de verdad y lleva muchos años gritando desesperadamente por uno. Azpilicueta fue un buen líder con otro tipo de liderazgo, uno más calmado, uno más sereno; por la naturaleza de este club se necesita un líder más vocal, uno que grite, que ofenda, uno que se haga sentir y que también anime y contagie a sus compañeros.

Reece James es un capitán que aún no está listo para comandar este equipo, no aún. Quizás la próxima temporada lo este, pero en esta aún se ve que le hace falta aprender mucho.

Los que deberían de tener ese liderazgo parecen que están contenidos y no quieren alzar la voz ¿Acaso le tienen miedo a algo o alguien?

Otra cosa que me parece extraña es lo poco que habla o grita Tiago Silva, muchas veces veo que sus compañeros cometen errores y el en vez de pegar un grito, lo que hace no más es arrugar la cara en gesto claro se desaprobación. Hace falta mucho más que eso.

Es verdad que la juventud está pesando en este equipo, es un equipo muy joven en casi todas las líneas, salvó Silva usualmente nadie más pasa de los 28 años en la formación titular, mucha juventud poca experiencia.

Estos jóvenes de verdad están a la altura?

Si bien es cierto que la juventud está pesando en este equipo, los podes ver hacer buenos juegos y luego el siguiente parece que hayan retrocedido mucho más de lo que avanzaron.

Otros en cambio parecen que están más pendientes de redes sociales, sus peinados, sus patrocinios que se jugar bien al fútbol, y algunos otros que veo jugar y pienso que si con el dueño pasado habrían tenido cabida.

¿Están a la altura estos jugadores? ¿Está a la altura Jackson, Madueke, Enzo, Caicedo, Mudryk? Son lo suficientemente buenos para jugar y esperar lo que se espera de ellos?

Yo al menos no lo sé.
