Good point and agree in this case as they are very strict on clothing. Many players have tried in the past and have come unstuck as the rule is predominantly white clothing only. Agassi tried with black shorts ages ago and had to change and that is their rules and still don't think they will ever change from this.

You make a really good point and in this instance, I would say leave things as is for men, but allow women to wear shorts of they wish, as well as darker clothes, perhaps just allow back bottom half as an option?
