Staying Active and Finding Ways to Tweak better

Another week has passed and to keep being active without able to fork out time for daily hiking due to work can be quite a challenge. Especially when I forgot to bring my phone with me. 😅

But this weekend I get to "run around" a little more due to more errands need done and this has allowed me to push a little further other than just usual laundry.

Especially when there's a new "wonderland" of ingredients it makes the day more colourful 😆

Even with super hot day and traffic around and there's no hilly paths for me to hike / run at ease, I am still happy that urban walkways allowed me to get from A to B with my feet

Seeing the stalls are in the process of reopening is such a comfort that the economy is restarting.

However , even with all the activities pushing forward to stay active, with mindful consumption , there is still a "blockade" . As we age our body are not as easily to disperse whatever access from our body.

And then something clicked and reminded me: am I having enough quality sleep?

Sleep is very crucial for the body to recover and restore, even dispersing "stuck toxins" .

I have realised that due to the hectic change of lifestyle these recent years I am sure my internal organs are unable to function as efficient as before.

And this is where "additional help" come in, helping the internal organs to function just a little better. And you'll be surprised even a simple detox patch can help so much dispersing of water, especially recently I realised that my legs are a bit tight with water retention.

And with the recent additional help of monitoring my sleep pattern. I do realise that I have better sleep as well.

This is actually not a bad thing when we start to understand our body and accept that it needs help to function better. It is more important to rectify it now than to procrastinate to the point it could be too late to reverse anymore.

I wonder which app can detect your deep sleep and light sleep! For that need special medical equipment.

Anyway, I am also lacking in sleeping every day. I need to work on that too. Having a kid in our household who decides to become a night owl every night is something making it quite difficult.

sis, water retension can be a sign you need to get yourself checked. Is it happening regular?

Some years back I used to have a big of liver fat, but I think lack of sleep is also causing other malfunctions. If it persist I will go for a proper check up

Water retention? Is your urine okay? Any signs of protein disperse like bubbles?
