My Actifit Journal: Sep 14 2023
Heya Hiva,
Ready or not.. here I come!
My journal entry of yesterday was posted a breath before the clock struck midnight - 'local time', peculiarly reminiscent of an infamous tale of old. Despite making the cut, a momentary panic to submit it 'on time', resulted in an wildly elevated heart rate - well into today. It's no surprise then, that when I awoke this morning, I found myself patiently perched - ready to fly on to each new task. Curiously similar to this little one, who I was blessed to get a photo of, during one such occasion.
Our lives are moulded according to the circumstances we find ourselves in at any given moment, and the subsequent paths we choose as a result thereof. Being at the right place and at the right time, offers an alternative route - with a potentially softer landing in sight. Bearing witness to such.. undoubtedly a privilege for the spectator!
Yes, It's a jungle out there, for every living creature. The choices we make, dictate the paths we in turn forge. It's a tiresome adventure, but one full of wonder. Where we find ourselves at any given moment, we will 'nest' - on our own perhaps, or possibly with others. If there isn't a safe space, we may try to build one - based on our own unique needs. Where - is anyone's guess. Like I said.. it's a jungle. Hey look at that! I've done it again, steps met.
