My Actifit Report Card: June 7 2025

I have started to demand a little more of myself. Already at 10K I get the last gift of the day for the App, but I want to have more than that. I take myself to keep moving forward, as long as the body holds out and I have the time for it.

Now I look like a grasshopper, hopping everywhere, or a hummingbird that never finishes its work.

Everything goes beyond the weight and the rewards, it is a mental test to make that leap in daily actions that I have been afraid to do, but that is necessary to improve my overall condition.

He empezado a exigirme un poco más. Ya al llegar a los 10K recibo el último regalo del día por la App, pero quiero tener más que eso. Me llevo a seguir avanzando, mientras el cuerpo aguante y tenga el tiempo para ello.

Ahora parezco un saltamontes, brincando en todas partes, o un colibrí que no termina nunca su labor.

Todo va más allá del peso y de las recompensas, es una prueba mental para dar ese salto en las acciones diarias que he tenido el temor de hacer, pero que es necesario para lograr mejorar mis condiciones en general.
