My Actifit Report Card: September 15 2025
Second day without flour and with a 12-hour fast
As I said in my previous post, I seriously started changing my eating habits and improving my physical self-care.
For breakfast, I have boiled or scrambled eggs with a slice of ham, whereas before I used to have bread. For dinner, I try to do the same: I'm taking a minimalist approach to eating.
Although they say that fruit juice contains a lot of sugar, I make myself a fruit smoothie with oats, and today I added half a carrot, leaving in all the pulp, which is a source of fiber.
Maybe it wasn't much of a step forward, but I'm going through a bout of flu that has left me with a lot of body aches, so I'm not going to push myself if my body isn't responding.
Tal como dije en mi publicación anterior, empecé en serio el cambio en mis hábitos alimenticios y a mejorar el autocuidado físico.
Desayuno huevos hervidos o revueltos con una lonja de jamón, cuando antes lo hacía con pan. Para la cena trato de hacer lo mismo: voy tomando el camino minimalista al comer.
Aunque dicen que la fruta en jugo contiene muchos azúcares, me hago un batido de frutas con avena, y al de hoy le agregué media zanahoria, dejando toda la cepa que es fuente de fibras.
Quizás no fueron muchos los pasos, pero estoy atravesando por una gripe que me tiene con mucho dolor corporal, así que tampoco voy a forzarme si el cuerpo no me responde.
